Nicole Rae Skinner is a wife and a mother before anything else. She and her husband are the proud parents of two beautiful princesses. She is the founder of Nicole Rae Ministries and RAE Consults which seek to equip God’s people with spiritual encouragement and professional development. Her belief is that ministry goes beyond the four walls of the church and requires the building of both the spiritual and natural man. Through her programs she is able to help others find healing, clarify their vision, and achieve their goals. As a dynamic speaker, faith/love accountability coach, and prayer warrior Nicole Rae has a growing network of men and women that are being touched by her ministry.

Her life journey has led her down a path of peaks and valleys in which she learned lessons that she has poured into her book, Married before Marriage. Chosen by God to deliver this message of love, Nicole Rae is humbled by the opportunity to reveal God’s true design for singleness leading to marriage. Her songs "Stand Firm" and "Hold" inspire people to stay rooted in God while her program, Daughters of Destiny, helps women grow using biblical principles in all areas of life. Nicole holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University, a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and is a Doctor of Education candidate at Liberty University in the area of Community Care Counseling/Traumatology. She is a certified SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, a certified John Maxwell Team member, and the Youth Pastor at her local church Siloam Baptist Church. Nicole loves God's people and is honored to be used by him.
